Consult with Pro Health specialists from wherever you are.

Pro Health offers video consultation for patients who are unable to visit the hospital in person or who would prefer an initial consultation remotely.

Video consultation may be useful for patients living outside Vadodara, patients travelling from other cities, patients seeking specialist advice, and selected follow-up consultations where an in-person examination is not essential.

The consultation is arranged by appointment at a mutually agreed date and time between the patient and the appropriate specialist.

How Video Consultation Works

Request an Appointment
Select the relevant department or specialist and submit your preferred date and time.
Share Your Medical Information
Where relevant, provide previous medical records, prescriptions, X-rays, MRI/CT scans, laboratory reports and other available information before the consultation.
Appointment Confirmation
The Pro Health team will coordinate with you and confirm a mutually convenient date and time for the video consultation.
Video Consultation
The specialist discusses your condition, medical history and available reports and provides appropriate medical advice based on the information available during the consultation.
Next Steps
Where appropriate, the specialist may advise investigations, treatment, physiotherapy, an in-person consultation or further specialist assessment.

What Can Be Discussed During a Video Consultation?

Symptoms and medical history
Previous treatment and surgery
Available X-rays, MRI, CT scans and laboratory reports
Treatment options
Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
Need for further investigations
Whether an in-person consultation may be advisable
Follow-up after treatment where clinically appropriate

Important Patient Information

A video consultation cannot replace a physical examination or investigations when these are clinically necessary.

The specialist will advise on the appropriate next step based on the information available during the consultation. An in-person assessment or further investigations may be recommended where required.

Consultation Fee

Video consultations are a paid medical consultation service. The applicable consultation fee will be communicated to the patient before the appointment is confirmed. The consultation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time after the patient confirms the appointment and completes the applicable payment process.

Submission of medical reports or an initial enquiry does not by itself constitute a medical consultation and does not attract a consultation fee.

For Patients Outside India

If you are considering travelling to India for treatment, a video consultation can be an appropriate first step to discuss your condition and available medical reports with the relevant Pro Health specialist before planning your visit.
